Trade keys/trade crates, as long as you have some karma to go along with it. That's about the only way. Trader's Keys are more efficient (they cost less and sometimes award multiple crates per use) but they're limited per heart per day and they obviously require more effort to use running around finding caches. Also called “converters,” these are special objects you can earn in Guild Wars 2. Once a day, you can double-click these objects in your inventory. They consume materials and give you a random assortment of equipment, gear, and crafting materials.
Converters (commonly referred to as Eaters) are a type of gizmo that provides bonus rewards in exchange for a currency or item. Many converters have a maximum limit for uses or transactions per day. Once used up, players must wait until the server reset to obtain more rewards. Using multiple copies of the item will not allow access to additional rewards, since all copies of an item share the same limit for an account.

- Weapons: Axe/Dagger The abilites allow for ranged hits that can spread to other nearby enemies. Once close, swap to a dagger/focus combo to increase hit damage (It also allows for a bit more control).
- For GW2 trades outside of the trading post (example: trading a legendary for its weight in mystic coins without losing the trading post 15% cut) You can get help at the Overflow Trading CO: https://discord.gg/3qXmrqe.
- The ley energy matter converter is probably the best converter due to the possibility of purchasing bags of obsidian, t6 crafting bags, liquid wxp and so on. Karmic converter is also pretty good but I personally have uses for karma, herta is bad, it eats 250 bloodstone dust but only gives 1 crappy gift, fractal reliquary is too expensive to get.

Trivia[edit]
Gw2 Converters
- The first converter introduced into the game was Mawdrey II, primarily to drain the surplus of Piles of Bloodstone Dust acquired by accounts.
- Crafting material converters are called 'gobblers' internally by the ArenaNet team.[1]
